Details: We were asked to find a suitable piece of land for the establishment of a Moringa farm. We scouted several locations across the country and found a 10 acre plot close to the small village of Pokrom in the Eastern region of Ghana. We led the process of initiating contact with the owners, engaged in price negotiations and acquisition terms and conditions, conducted due diligence on the status and ownership of the land and arranged its survey, acquisition, documentation, registration, and protection from external encroachment.
