The client was seeking to take advantage of Ghana’s new narcotic bill (decriminalizing the cultivation of CBD hemp with less than 0.3% THC content) by developing a hemp cultivation and extraction business in Ghana for export to a number of foreign buyers. MindNET assisted the client with all the research and financial modeling necessary to establish a viable business case, as well as put together the business plan and investment pitch to investors and local regulators for the issuance of a license.
